Website purchases

Your CreateFiles+ license email includes your license key and a private download link. If the email is missing, include the purchase email address and approximate purchase time when you contact support.

Activation

Each direct website license quantity activates CreateFiles+ on up to 2 Macs you own or control. If you need to move a license to a new Mac, contact support from the purchase email address.

Downloads

The latest direct installer is available from download.createfilesplus.com. Your license email is still required for activation.

Mac App Store

App Store downloads and refunds are managed through Apple. The App Store copy validates through Apple and does not use the website license key flow.
