CreateFiles+
Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs your use of CreateFiles+ for macOS. By installing, activating, or using CreateFiles+, you agree to this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CreateFiles+.
License Grant
Conduit Technologies grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CreateFiles+ on Macs you own or control, subject to this agreement and any purchase terms that apply to your copy.
Direct-Download Licenses
For website purchases, each license quantity grants activation for the direct-download app on up to 2 Macs you own or control unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If you buy multiple website licenses in one checkout, they are fulfilled as one license key with a combined Mac limit.
Mac App Store Copies
If you obtain CreateFiles+ through the Mac App Store, Apple's App Store rules, payment terms, refund process, and Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply unless Conduit Technologies provides a custom EULA for CreateFiles+ through App Store Connect.
Permitted Use
CreateFiles+ is a local Mac utility for creating blank files, template-backed files, batch-created files, and reusable Folder Pack structures in folders you choose. You are responsible for choosing destinations, checking generated files, and keeping backups of important work.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or provide CreateFiles+ as a hosted service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with license enforcement, bypass activation limits, or use CreateFiles+ in a way that violates applicable law.
Your Files and Data
CreateFiles+ does not claim ownership of files, templates, folder structures, or other content you create with the app. You remain responsible for your files, folders, names, templates, permissions, and backups.
Updates and Services
Direct-download copies may check for signed updates, and website licenses may contact CreateFiles+ services to activate, validate, or deactivate a license. Features, templates, Folder Packs, support options, and update availability may change over time.
No Warranty
CreateFiles+ is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Conduit Technologies does not guarantee that CreateFiles+ will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Mac setup, or suitable for every workflow.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Conduit Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or replacement-service costs related to CreateFiles+.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement. After termination, you must stop using CreateFiles+ and remove direct-download copies from your Macs. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including restrictions, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
Changes
Conduit Technologies may update this agreement from time to time. If a future version materially changes the agreement, CreateFiles+ may ask you to accept the updated version before continuing to use the app.
