Terms of Use

Effective June 11, 2026

Use of CreateFiles+

CreateFiles+ is a macOS utility that helps create blank files from Finder, the menu bar, and the quick creator. You are responsible for choosing where files are created and for keeping backups of important work.

Purchases

Purchases from this website are processed through Stripe Checkout. The displayed website price may be updated from time to time, and the amount shown in Stripe Checkout is the final purchase amount before you pay.

License

CreateFiles+ requires a valid website license to use the direct-download app. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, each website license quantity grants you a personal, non-transferable license to activate the direct-download app on up to 2 Macs you own or control. If you buy multiple website licenses in one checkout, they are fulfilled as one license key with a combined Mac limit.

End User License Agreement

Use of the CreateFiles+ app is also governed by the End User License Agreement. Direct-download copies ask you to accept the current EULA before setup can finish or a trial can start.

No Warranty

CreateFiles+ is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Conduit Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption related to use of CreateFiles+.
